Viewing the License Manager Log File

To view the license manager log file, open the matlabroot\flexlm\lmlog.txt file with any text editor. Note, however, that you cannot access this file with a text editor while the license manager is running. To view the log while the license manager is running, use the LMTOOLS utility, as follows:

1. Start LMTOOLS by double-clicking the lmtools.exe file in the matlabroot\flexlm folder.

2. Click the Config Services tab.

3. Click the View Log button. LMTOOLS displays the contents of the license manager log file in a separate window.
