The installer should start automatically when you insert the MathWorks DVD into your DVD drive or when you double-click on the installer file you downloaded from the MathWorks Web site.
If the installer does not start, open a Windows Explorer window, select your DVD drive, and double-click the setup.exe program in the top-level folder.
